This notice explains how Lotus Angel Mortgage LLC, NMLS #2772633 ("we," "us"), handles information collected through this website. If you apply for a mortgage, you'll also receive our separate privacy notice under federal law, which explains how we handle the information in your loan application.

What we collect

When you send a request. Your name, email address, phone number, the loan goal you choose, your contact preferences, the loan officer you pick (if any), the estimated credit score range you choose on our pre-qualification form (if any), and anything you write in the message box. The credit score range is your own estimate: we don't check your credit through this website, and we use the range only to talk through your options.

What we don't ask for. This website never asks for Social Security numbers, account numbers, or financial documents. Those are collected only through our secure application portal if you choose to apply.

Technical information. Our website host processes standard technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run third-party tracking tools on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule a consultation, or go over your pre-qualification
• To answer your questions about loan options
• To keep records we're required to keep, and to protect against fraud and misuse

Calls, texts, and email

We'll contact you by phone or email about your request.

Text message terms. Lotus Angel Mortgage LLC texts you only if you check the box that allows it on our consultation form. These texts are about your request, not marketing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't required to work with us: you can choose a call or email instead.

How we share it

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with affiliates or any other company except in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run our business: Google, which hosts this website and delivers and stores the requests you send
• When the law requires it
• When you ask us to

We don't share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

If you apply, your application is completed in our secure application portal, Blink+, which has its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep website requests that don't lead to a loan application for 12 months, then delete them. If you apply, your information becomes part of your loan file, which we keep as long as federal and Texas recordkeeping rules require.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only the people at Lotus Angel Mortgage who handle requests can see what you send. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial information through our website forms or by email.

Your choices

To update or delete the information you sent through this website, or to stop hearing from us, call (817) 259-1972, email info@lotusangelmortgage.com, or contact your loan officer.

Children

This website isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
